Introduction

The following emails can be sent when certain events occur in Rewards:

Arrival Notice:

Sent when shipment arrives in Nippon Warehouse

Shipment Order Notice:

Sent when order is created in Rewards

WEB Order acceptance Notice:

Sent when Web Rewards order is registered

Shipment Milestones.

These emails can be sent for the following events:

Picked

Packing list reg

D/O issued

In transit

Delivered.

Requesting the daily reports

Select Register Email Requirement from the menu

Enter your email address and click NEXT

Select the emails that you require and click REGISTER

Emails for these events will now be sent to you.
