How to get email reports from Web rewards

There are 2 types of emails that can be sent:

·        Daily reports

·        Milestone alerts

The daily reports are the stock and shipment reports. These are sent as CSV files.

The milestone alerts are sent when an operation is complete, for example, when an order is placed or a packing list printed.

Email request

  1. Log on to Web Rewards (http://www7.neuk.co.uk/webapp/nice ). Contact your Nippon Express representative if you have forgotten you User name and/or password
  2. First click on Register E-mail Requirement

 

  1. Then enter your email address and click on NEXT

 

  1. On the next screen select the type of emails you require. In this example the Web Order notice created when an order is placed through Web rewards and the arrival notice are selected for the Cork Warehouse.

 

  1. Click on REGISTER to save your request.
